Easily manage a job recruitment website for your organization using the Recruitment Management app on Joget Workflow.

Features of this app:

1. An organization's Human Resource department can upload job vacancies here.
2. Applicants can freely sign up to this site and upload their profile and job resume.
3. Applicants can view all the available job vacancies and apply online.
4. Employers can then view the job applications by applicantss.
5. Job applications with good potential can then be forwarded to the respective departments in the organization for review by the head of department (HOD). The HOD can update HR in the form if the job applicant is approved for further action (interview) or is rejected.
6. HR can then proceed with interview and hiring process and update the job applicant records accordingly.
